Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, restart your device, then make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If the problem persists, email us with the details above.

How do I reset my game progress?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will reset all progress.

Will my progress transfer to a new device?

Since we do not collect or store any data on our servers, progress stays on the device where you play. Game progress does not transfer between devices.
